Approve e-mail changes CRM 2011

A new feature in CRM 2011 is that a system administrator now has to approve a change of the users primary e-mail adress. This error will show:

This record will not be processed by the e-mail router until its primary e-mail address has been approved by the system administrator

Click the “Approve E-mail” button in the User ribbon.
